A Klickship kiosk lets you create and manage shipments in-store using trusted couriers like DHL Express. You enter your shipment details, complete payment, and drop off your package at the kiosk location.
Only certain Klickship locations accept DHL Express drop-offs. You can view the full location map and use the drop-off filter to find locations that offer this service.
Once your shipment is created, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly using the DHL Express tracking page.
Tracking updates may take some time after drop-off. If there’s no update after 24–48 hours, contact support with your tracking number so we can assist.
You’ll need the sender and receiver details, package weight and dimensions, and a description of the contents. Accurate information helps avoid delays.
Packages are picked up by DHL Express on business days and Saturdays. Shipments created at the kiosk before 2pm are picked up the same day, while shipments created after 2pm are picked up the next business day.
If you entered incorrect shipment information, contact support as soon as possible. Changes can be made at any time, but updating the details quickly helps avoid delays or delivery issues once the shipment is in transit.
